Dialog box enables you to set Push Button Properties. These buttons enable you to execute Submit or Reset operations in your web page.

Name: enter a name for the button, by which it will be recognized by server. By default it is PushButton#.

Value(Label): enter a label for the button. This is an actual name of the button, that is the text with which the button will be displayed by browser.

When page viewer clicks the button, the Name and Value of the latter will be sent to corresponding CGI.

Button Type

Buttons can be of the following types:

• Reset. This type of button resets all values of the form fields in the current form.
• Submit. This button sends all values of the form fields to the specified server to execute CGI.
• Button. This type of button does not perform any standard action. Instead, you can assign a custom action performed by a Script. You must first describe the script in the same page. To assign an action of an existing script, click the Advanced... button and go to the Script Mapping tab in the Advanced Web Operations dialog box. The most common use for this type of button is to assign a function to the onClick Event.
